After an initial HR email, there was one round with the department VP. The whole process was really chill and conversational. They mainly asked about projects on my CV, so my best advice is to make sure you can recall every detail you've written there.

I had three 30-minute interviews, all virtual, with a VP and two associates. The questions touched on competencies and commercial awareness, and seemed to depend a lot on my background and what I studied. Two of the interviewers were nice, but the third one was really abrupt and just read from a script. It was an okay experience, though some questions felt a bit off, making me think they didn't really read my CV.

This was the worst and most unprofessional interview experience ever. The interview was scheduled for 45 minutes with two JP Morgan employees. One of them showed up 30 minutes late, and the other appeared for a moment at the end and left immediately. During the interview with the one who did attend (30 minutes late), he didn't turn on his video, didn't introduce himself or the role, and clearly wasn't interested. I waited 30 minutes for an interview that lasted less than 10 minutes. At the end, he said, 'I guess you'll interview with the second guy tomorrow.' After they scheduled the follow-up interview, I emailed them to decline. I wouldn't want to work for people like that.
