I did a HireVue interview, which is this online thing where you answer pre-recorded questions on video. They asked stuff from their bank, like market knowledge, behavioral questions, and technical skills. I prepped, but it was tough because it's automated, no real-time chat. The time limits made it hard to think straight. I didn't pass this part. It was a bummer, but I learned a lot. I need to practice speaking my answers out loud, get better on camera, and use frameworks like STAR for behavioral stuff. I'll try to get feedback, keep practicing virtual interviews, and use mock interviews and workshops. I want to do better next time.
