The hiring process involved multiple rounds, and after successfully completing them, HR assured me an offer letter would be issued. However, I experienced a significant delay of about 1–1.5 months with only vague promises and no real progress updates. Ultimately, HR became unresponsive, and there was no formal conclusion to the process. This experience highlights unprofessional HR conduct, misleading assurances about an offer, prolonged waiting periods with a complete lack of communication, and a general disregard for the candidate's time.

I had a twenty-minute call with a recruiter to talk about salary and where I'd want to work. The recruiter really wanted to know what I was looking for, asking lots of questions to make sure my expectations matched what the company offered. It was a good, open chat about the money and possibilities. After that, I met with the manager for thirty minutes to chat about the company culture. The manager was super excited about the company, talking about how supportive it is and how they focus on working together and being creative. We talked about how the company culture fits with what I value in a job. The manager also told me about the team and gave examples of how they make it a welcoming place. It was a great conversation that showed how much they care about their employees and made me feel like I could do really well there.
