I first had a phone interview with an HR person. Then, a week later, I got invited for an on-site interview. They told me I was up against three other people. A week after that first on-site interview, I was invited for a second interview. The phone interview was mainly about my work ethic, personality, and resume. Both on-site interviews were super deep, like I was glad I studied. They asked a lot about six sigma, RF signals, and general failure analysis.
