It was a phone screen first, where they looked over my resume and asked some basic behavioral questions. The next round also involved going over my resume and more behavioral questions, followed by a technical round focused on technologies relevant to the job.

The selection process starts with a group interview where everyone introduces themselves. Then, candidates are split into smaller teams to do an activity with a proposed topic, presenting their solutions together and individually. After this phase, the list of approved candidates who move on to the final stage is announced, which consists of an individual interview, with the result being informed on the same day, ensuring a quick and clear process.

Behavioral Technical

The whole process took around two months. The questions and scenarios were pretty simple, but communication was lacking throughout, which made it drag on. I was called into a final meeting after 3-4 interviews just to be told the position was closed. Then, when I followed up, they had reposted the position a week later.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process felt like a sham. I had one 30-minute screening with a Sr Director who had Program Management experience. They said I lacked breadth, depth, and relevant industry experience, which I found insulting given my 25+ years. A Director candidate should be interviewed by multiple people. The screener, unqualified to interview an Enterprise Architect, made a decision after only 30 minutes. I told the recruiter there was no basis for the feedback as I wasn't asked in-depth questions. They made negative assumptions about my manufacturing experience, which I do have from past jobs. It felt like they already had someone chosen and I was just interviewed for the record.
