The selection process starts with a group interview where everyone introduces themselves. Then, candidates are split into smaller teams to do an activity with a proposed topic, presenting their solutions together and individually. After this phase, the list of approved candidates who move on to the final stage is announced, which consists of an individual interview, with the result being informed on the same day, ensuring a quick and clear process.

The HR interview was smooth and dynamic, covering important topics and outlining potential future directions. However, after a few weeks, I didn't receive any follow-up or feedback. I want to highlight that there were at least eight stages conducted by Across, and after investing significant time in this process, I expected at least to be informed about the final outcome.

Started with a group dynamic with about 30 people, lasted around 2 hours. We did a case for Ingredion and after the presentations, there was an immediate selection for individual interviews with managers. I had a terrible experience with one of the managers who didn't show the minimum interest in the interview, was painting her nails with kids running behind the camera.
