To start the process, I had to do logic, fit cultural, and English tests. The English one wasn't a dealbreaker though. The process went like this: First, a quick 15-minute chat with someone from HR where they asked simple questions about how I'd handle certain work situations. After that, there was a group activity where we were given cases to solve together. Finally, I had a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager.

The selection process kicked off with online logic and English tests. After that, I went through an online video interview. The final stages involved a panel with managers and then an interview. I really liked how quickly the whole process went, and the people in the panel were all super qualified and seemed eager to work together as a team.

The interview was with a third-party platform consultant and was quite quick, around 15 minutes. The questions were mainly focused on situational evaluation. Be prepared to talk about how each experience you've had presented a challenging situation (pressure, conflict, etc.).
