First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ingredion.
Quality Specialist
I had a general interview. First, a phone call with HR for background and interest check. Then, a 2-hour Skype interview with HR, the manager, and senior manager. The last interview was in person with the senior manager and VP. They asked general background and behavioral questions.

Quality Specialist
I applied online about a year ago. A recruiter contacted me for a phone interview shortly after, but I never got an in-person interview and they didn't give a reason. About 3 months ago, a recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, and I went in for an in-person interview. It was a very professional group interview with HR and two supervisors/managers. They seemed well-prepared and asked a lot of behavioral and situational questions, not many technical ones. I felt the interview went extremely well. However, I got an email the next day saying they were moving on with more qualified candidates. It's odd because this position has been open for over a year and still is. Interview or accept a position here at your own risk.

Quality Assurance
The interview process was quite thorough. I had initial interviews with several people. While there was a delay in getting a response after that, eventually I received a call. The subsequent steps included a comprehensive drug test, a physical examination, and a background check.
