me llamaron directamente de las oficinas para un primer contacto. Fue corto pero me preguntaron por mi disponibilidad y preferencias de localización. También me preguntaron sobre mi formación académica, mi nivel de inglés y que les contase un poco sobre mí.

Behavioral Presentation Group

It was an online group interview with about 10-15 other people. Each person had about 5 minutes to talk. They asked everyone for a brief personal description, to show their favorite clothing item and explain why, and what they would do if they had to handle a difficult customer. They stressed the importance of appearing confident, having sales ability, smiling, and maintaining a positive attitude. Showing interest in fashion is a plus, and prior sales or customer-facing experience is very valuable. Taking care of your appearance and looking confident are key.

It was a good flow, but a bad ending. The process was logical with defined steps, and professionals led the interview. The environment was favorable for the interview. However, this is the second time I've been through this with them, and I haven't received a response in the final stage, even though I was a finalist. They don't contact you to communicate rejections.
