First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Inditex.
Store Manager
It was a short interview. We both expressed our interests. I talked about my entire work history and my education level and how they relate to the position I applied for. They explained the job to me and in the end, they said the area manager would call me and they never did.
- Can you explain the functions you performed in your current job?
- Did your current employer know that you were looking to leave?
Store Manager
First, I had a call with a Recruiter from Inditex. Then, I had a second meeting with the HR department and the person responsible for Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands. This was followed by an extensive interview with good questions. Finally, I spoke with multiple departments of Inditex, and each time they were very friendly and professional.
- What were your manager stumbling blocks in 2023?
Store Manager
It was a 4 step process. First you have a quick call, then you talk to an HR specialist. If that goes well, you interview with both the HR manager and the Product manager. The final stage involved a personality test.
- Can you describe how you motivate your team during a busy day?
