After the first video call interview and a 3-5 page collection design project, they had me come to Barcelona for a final in-person interview at the headquarters. I had to do the interview in Spanish, which went well. I got the offer but asked for a higher salary, and I've been waiting for their new offer for over two months... They assure me they are still processing the request...

I went through 3 interview rounds with the HR head and brand manager, and also did 3 design projects. After about a month and me following up, I was told the job was on hold. A year later, the brand manager reached out again, asked me to update my DOB on my CV, and said HR would call soon. A month after that, I was told there were no openings.
