The process was pretty fast: first, a call with a recruiter. Then, several chats with a manager to go over the project and prep you for some React questions that the external developers from Inditex would hit you with. On interview day, you're in front of two developers for a technical chat. They're not really about formalities or politeness. You have to answer their questions exactly as they've written them down, or it won't count. If they offer you a spot on the transport project, only take it if you're really in a bind and absolutely need it.

The interview was online, first there was a technical test to do, then wait for the review of the application. Then you receive an email to confirm the interview, the interview is pleasant and seeks to be an informal conversation to see the level of understanding you have about general technological concepts and specific ones related to the technologies for which you are applying.
