There was 1 HR interview and 1 manager interview, and they were planning to have another manager interview. The managers I spoke with were unprofessional, wearing pyjamas and turning off their cameras mid-conversation. The job they were offering didn't match the description posted online. They also failed to inform me about the next steps after the interview, and I had to find out myself after 20 days. I'm glad I wasn't offered the position, as I decided I didn't want to work there after witnessing the managers' unprofessionalism. It was a complete waste of time.

Applied online. HR Screen quickly followed (about a week) via phone. After HR Screen, was moved on to speak with hiring manager (about 10 days after HR Screen) via video interview. Follow up was supposed to be within two weeks. It was delayed out to six weeks. Was told I would hear from either the HR rep I was in contact with that I was still being considered and I would hear back from either the hiring manager or the HR rep I was speaking with. I received a generic email about not moving on to the next round at about seven weeks after previous interview round. The first two rounds of interviews was a positive experience, after those rounds the lack of communication and the waiting for updates was negative.

I found the job online and got contacted by a recruiter. The initial screening call was okay, with typical questions. After that, it became disorganized. It took them about a week and a half to get back to me after the recruiter said it would only be a few business days. The hiring manager was supposed to schedule an interview and a mock demo. They said they'd send me materials to prep a few days before. But the night before, I had to chase them to get the materials. The manager apologized and offered to reschedule, but the whole process was taking too long, so I decided to keep the original time. The interview with the hiring manager and another person was confusing because the job details they shared didn't match what the recruiter told me (like hours and job expectations). I went ahead with the discovery call/demo anyway, even though the prep materials weren't very helpful. After the meeting, the manager said I'd hear back in a week. Fast forward a month, and I got a generic rejection email. It just felt really messy and left a bad taste in my mouth about the company.

First, I spoke with HR/Recruiter. Then, I interviewed with the Engineering Manager. After that, I had an interview with the Head of Engineering. Finally, I interviewed with an Executive. The interviews were pretty straightforward and the questions were about my experience and decision-making. The people during the interviews were nice too.
