Customer Service Representative
Started with a phone screen to go over my availability, past experience, and references. Then had another phone interview with the department head where we talked about job duties, what they expect from me, and some general questions. After that, there was a video interview to meet the leadership team. They made a job offer after that.
- Tell me about a time you experienced failure.
Customer Service Representative
The entire interview was conducted in English, despite the position being based in Spain. The call originated from abroad. The interviewer was very pleasant, but I had to send multiple follow-up emails to receive feedback.
- What makes you want to work at this company?
- Could you define what a consumer means to you?
- How do you manage stressful situations?
Customer Service Representative
The hiring process was rough. I applied, but then COVID happened, and my application was basically frozen. They finally got back to me about a year and a half later. The email was automated and gave me only two days' notice for an interview.
- How do you envision yourself contributing to this position?
