I was first contacted by a recruiter who scheduled a phone interview. After that, a virtual interview was arranged with the hiring manager and two team members. It's been a couple of months since the virtual interview, and I think it went well. The interviewers were nice, but it felt a bit rushed and impersonal because they asked questions really fast. I didn't get an offer, but I did get an email saying I should apply for the next hiring class in October because they were still interested in me. I applied right when the posting came out and contacted the hiring manager I'd spoken with before to show my interest again. I never got a response, and then I got an automated rejection email about 2-3 weeks later. It's confusing why they'd say they were interested in me for the next class, give me false hope, ignore me, and then waste more of my time.

A recruiter reached out to me. After a phone chat, I was invited to interview at their office. Even though I interviewed, I didn't hear back for two weeks. When I followed up, the recruiter told me someone else got the job. It was frustrating to invest time and resources without a timely update.

First, I had to fill out an application after the recruiter reached out. Then, there was a phone interview. After that, I had a face-to-face interview with a supervisor from technical support and someone from reference lab support. Finally, I had a face-to-face interview with the director of customer support. We won't find out which part of support we're placed in until the third day, but you can probably guess based on your background.
