Implementation Consultant
It was a 3-stage process. First, an HR screening to go over background, availability, and expectations. Then, a technical interview with a professional and polite interviewer where they covered SQL, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, R2R, P2P, and O2C. Finally, a Director interview that felt off, with the interviewer seeming disengaged and ending the session early. It felt like they already had a candidate picked and were just going through the motions. The HR's rejection message was also quite abrupt and unprofessional.
- Can you explain the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle?
- What is your understanding of Record-to-Report?
- Could you define Accounts Payable?
Consultant
So, this was a recruitment drive on campus and I had two rounds. The first round was pretty standard, focusing on my projects and resume, and then some aptitude questions. The second round was with the VP. It felt a bit off, like they were busy with other things, and the questions were kinda broad and vague, so it wasn't very interactive and I couldn't really showcase my experience as much.
- Could you elaborate on the projects listed on your resume?
- Can you give me an overview of your resume?
- I was asked some aptitude questions.
Product Manager
HR scheduled interviews only on Monday mornings. The interview got rescheduled twice because the interviewer was late. I waited on the call 3 times for the interviewer but they never showed up. The third time, I found out HR is no longer with the company and I never heard back. I tried contacting the team but got no response. I felt lucky to have this experience as it showed me the company culture. The interviewer was very unprofessional.

Tech Consultant
The interview process involved two rounds. Initially, there were estimation-based questions, such as calculating the number of footballs that can fit in a room. Following that, there were standard resume-based questions. The process also included a thorough review of the resume with specific questions derived from it, and some in-depth personal and family-related introductory questions.
- Can you estimate how many footballs fit in a room?
- Questions related to your resume.
- We will ask detailed questions about your resume.
