Case Behavioral Technical

I went through a 30 minute HR screen followed by a 3 hour first round interview. This first round included a case and behavioral questions. It felt like an interrogation where they just criticized my accomplishments. They took a learning experience I shared and asked why I didn't do something overly complex for that situation. The interviewers seemed uninterested in my answers, focusing instead on what I did wrong. They asked inappropriate and unproductive questions. I asked multiple questions about the Associate Consultant role but learned nothing. To top it off, one interviewer didn't even show up. This is a serious red flag, especially for a growing company.
