Business Consultant
For freshers, the process includes an aptitude test, a coding test, a few technical rounds, and an HR round. For experienced candidates, it's a Technical round, Managerial round, Cross-functional round, and an HR round. The overall process was okay and smooth.
- Can you discuss your past projects?
- What motivates your interest in this specific role?
- What do you know about our company?
Associate Consultant
The interview was quite interesting, the interviewer had great communication skills. They made me feel quite comfortable. The questions were both technical and behavior based. Although the waiting hours were a little long but overall interview was quite wonderful.
- They asked me about stacks.
- How would you behave if the client is not accepting your suggestion?
- Questions related to my resume and academics.
Associate Consultant
I went through a 30 minute HR screen followed by a 3 hour first round interview. This first round included a case and behavioral questions. It felt like an interrogation where they just criticized my accomplishments. They took a learning experience I shared and asked why I didn't do something overly complex for that situation. The interviewers seemed uninterested in my answers, focusing instead on what I did wrong. They asked inappropriate and unproductive questions. I asked multiple questions about the Associate Consultant role but learned nothing. To top it off, one interviewer didn't even show up. This is a serious red flag, especially for a growing company.
- Are you happy with your GPA?
- Looking back, what would you alter about your academic journey?
- Some brain teasers
