Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HighRadius.
Technical Consultant
The interview process involved two rounds. The first was a resume selection and behavioral round focusing on communication skills and how answers are presented. This was followed by a technical round covering SQL, resume projects, Spring Boot, and guesstimation questions, where the presentation of the answer was key.
- SQL questions
- tell me about your resume projects
- tell me about your Spring Boot experience
Consultant
So, this was a recruitment drive on campus and I had two rounds. The first round was pretty standard, focusing on my projects and resume, and then some aptitude questions. The second round was with the VP. It felt a bit off, like they were busy with other things, and the questions were kinda broad and vague, so it wasn't very interactive and I couldn't really showcase my experience as much.
- Could you elaborate on the projects listed on your resume?
- Can you give me an overview of your resume?
- I was asked some aptitude questions.
Product Consultant
It was an on-campus placement process with 2 rounds for a paid intern position, which could lead to a PPO. They'll ask about case studies from the program, your projects, and real-life scenarios regarding market profit and sustainability, with lots of questions. The second round includes math, reasoning, and general HR topics. It's straightforward, so don't overstress or overstudy; just be open-minded where needed.
- Questions from case studies they taught in program, may ask your projects, real-life based questions about how one can make profits and sustain in the market giving and asking many questions about these.
- In second round they can ask questions from mathematics and some reasoning types, and overall HR things.
- It will be easy, don't stress and don't study too much, be open minded also in required places.
