So I sent my resume and then the VP sent a link for an online assessment. After that, I had a Skype interview where they asked me about my background, my strengths, and weaknesses. They also asked me to talk about a tough situation I dealt with and how I solved it. Then came some estimation and case study questions. The interview was about an hour, and they said they'd let me know the results the next week. I got to the final round, which was at the HighRadius office in Houston. There were about 13-15 of us from different US universities, mostly Indian. They ended up picking about 4-5 people. There were 3 sets of interviews in person. The first one was pretty similar to the Skype one, with the same kinds of questions. We also had to give a short presentation on a topic they gave us beforehand. In the second interview, they asked us what we'd do in different scenarios when dealing with a client. The last interview was a casual chat with the VP. It was a good experience overall, talking to the employees and the other candidates.

Got an email for a phone interview on Monday. The HR didn't call when expected, which was a bit weird. I had to call them after waiting for 3 hours, and then they rescheduled the interview for the next day. The interview started with some typical behavioral questions like why I chose this course and college. They also asked about my family background. Finally, they threw in a couple of puzzles. I really think practicing some puzzles beforehand would be super helpful.

The interview was good and he started with an intro and moved onto my resume. He asked me to rate my skillset in different tools and gave a few exercises. The exercises were easy. He asked me about my projects and gave me some situations to understand my perspective and the way I think. He ended up with salary expectations and generic questions like why I'm switching jobs and what I expect at HighRadius.
