The whole thing took about a month. A recruiter hit me up on Linkedin, and we had a call. Then, I had two 30-minute meetings back-to-back with the supervisor and VP of the team in the same week. About 1.5 weeks after that, I got the offer call. The recruiter kept me in the loop on what was happening internally, which was great. He also mentioned they interviewed 3-5 people for the job. It was a really smooth process, and I'm stoked about the offer.

The interview process consists of several stages designed to assess both skills and cultural fit. It typically starts with an initial screening or HR interview, followed by one or more interviews with the hiring manager and relevant stakeholders to discuss experience, competencies, and problem-solving approach. Depending on the role, there may also be a case study or practical assessment. The process concludes with a final interview and reference checks before an offer is made.
- Can you describe a campaign you were responsible for?
Project Manager
First, I had a quick chat with HR about my background and if I was a good fit. Then, the hiring manager got my profile and wanted to interview me. In that interview, they mostly talked about my CV and my knowledge of the company, no tech stuff was asked. After that, the manager passed my profile to their manager, and the next day, I found out they picked someone else. It felt like it went well, so I was surprised to get rejected.

Account Director
The process had three stages. First, I had an initial call with the person I'd be reporting to. It was quick and simple, though the interviewer seemed a bit disorganized. They actually wanted to do this call the same day I requested it, which shows good communication but felt rushed given the effort interviews usually take. The next step was a task that was frankly huge and ridiculous. It took me about 3-4 full days of work, requiring a lot of effort and use of systems, software, and data from my current job. The task needed a lot of planning and was pretty vague. My presentation went okay, but I faced some really abrasive questions. The feedback afterward was positive, but I didn't like the harsh questioning style. The final interview was with two other people from the department. They mostly repeated questions from before and grilled me again on my presentation. It was frustrating to do the same thing twice, but I guess holidays and sickness happen. I didn't get the job, and they told me it went to someone internally, which was annoying since that should have been clear from the start. Honestly, it feels like a lucky escape. If this interview process is anything to go by, I seriously doubt the team dynamics and how they work.
