Behavioral Presentation

The interview process seemed to be going well until the third/last stage. I had initial interviews with two staff members, completed a task, and then had to prepare a presentation. I really wanted this role and felt it was a perfect fit, so I went above and beyond, putting a lot of work into the presentation. After presenting in person at Havas, they thanked me and said the presentation was great, promising to get back within a week. I waited, then emailed to check in. No reply, so I waited another week or two. Still nothing. A month after the interview, I emailed again, this time to different staff members I'd spoken with, just in case my emails weren't getting through. To this day, I haven't heard back, not even an automated rejection, a call, or anything. I was incredibly nervous and anxious during this waiting period because it was so important to me, but felt awful after waiting so long. I really think I deserved at least some kind of response.

After a phone screening with a rude and disinterested recruiter, I had four interviews over two hours. The interviews themselves went well and the staff were nice. The recruiter was hard to reach by phone and email. After weeks of trying to reach him, I emailed one of the interviewers. The recruiter then responded to say they weren't moving forward, blaming it on emails falling through the cracks. It was a waste of time and money.
