It was mostly behavioural style, they asked about my past project experiences, team projects, and a few technical questions. First there was an HR screening call, and then a 30 minutes interview with managers. Communication was clear and the process was generally straight forward.

It was a good experience. I had the chance to meet the team and learn about the organization, what the job would entail, and some past client projects. The process concluded after just the first round, but communication with the applicant and the team was clear throughout.

Honestly, it was a pain. They contacted me quickly after I applied, within a week, but then took two weeks to schedule the interview. On the day of the interview, one of the directors didn't show up, so they rescheduled me for the next day. I ended up doing the exact same interview twice, at 5 AM my time because I was in another country. To top it off, I never got any feedback. They act like your time is unlimited. It's pretty obvious what they're up to. The interviewer herself told me that you come in as an intern but do the same tasks as a junior, they just pay you less because they don't have the budget and there's no chance of being hired after the internship because they're just looking to keep exploiting interns. It's a bit of a mess, honestly.
