The interview process was great. It involved one call with a recruiter, followed by a three-hour interview with six different people. It felt a bit lengthy but was worth it for getting to know the people I'd be working with.

The interview process was really disorganized and unprofessional. It started with an initial phone screening. Then, a few days later, I was contacted for a second interview. However, it took a whole month to actually schedule that second interview with the HR rep. When the video interview started, the first interviewer mentioned they'd only just found out about my interview minutes before. After finishing all the interviews, I didn't hear anything about my rejection until I followed up myself, another month after the second interview. Honestly, if a company puts candidates through such an unprofessional process, they really need to be able to follow up promptly instead of ghosting people and leaving them hanging.

The interview process was straightforward and quick. It started with a conversation with HR, followed by a meeting with the account director. After that, I received an offer letter and was given a few days to decide.
