It was a simple and straightforward interview process. There were no tricky questions. First, I had a phone screening with an internal recruiter. Then, I had an in-person interview with three panelists, although one couldn't make it, so we had an additional virtual chat. All parts of the interview were very relaxed. They seemed really interested in hiring me from the beginning. The in-person interview and plant tour were more about the problems they're facing and what they expect from the role.
