The interview process took about 4 months and involved 6-7 interviews with various people like recruiters, HR, managers, peers, and higher management. There was only one technical interview, which was quite easy. Initially, the process was great, and I was excited about joining an ambitious team with good growth potential and investment. I received an offer after 3 months, but it was much lower than the market rate and non-negotiable. Following that, for the next month, there was no communication despite my attempts to reach out via email, messages, and calls. Eventually, I discovered through their job portal that I had been silently rejected. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience for a skilled candidate who was enthusiastic about the role.
