Intern
The interview process for the new internship program was clear and objective. The HR staff were super prepared and welcoming, and the managers assigned to the interview and areas are wonderful, besides the work team which is fantastic. I had great experiences.
- What are my strengths and weaknesses?
- What previous experiences do you have in the area?
- What are your goals at the company?
Intern
The interview process was excellent. Human Resources called me to explain the job offer and route locations. Then, they arranged an in-person meeting with an engineer at 7 AM. Everyone was punctual. They asked questions about my industrial engineering career, specializing in quality, and what I've learned, as well as about my previous jobs as a student.
- What are your skills with Excel?
- What improvements and quality tools do you know about?
- Can you tell me about your industrial engineering career with a specialization in quality and your learnings?
Coop Student
Normal interview with questions. Had to do an online form. Covered understanding of tires, how they're built, how physics comes into play, testing for defects like bubbles, and how long a tire might survive.
- How do you lift the spirits of people nearby?
- Have you ever confronted a superior to point out their error?
