Usually for an internship, they first look at your resume, then have a 30-60 minute chat (phone, video, or in-person) to see if you have the skills, are keen, and would fit in. They usually ask about past experiences, some technical stuff related to the job, and definitely about your interest in the company.

First, there's an initial phone screen that you get contacted for. Then, they send you a Zoom invite for a group informational session where a video explains how the agency operates. After a few words from the CEO and a key manager, you're put into breakout rooms for a final, personal interview. I'd say it was a low difficulty interview overall.

The whole thing was 3 rounds. A recruiter hit me up right after I applied. Our first chat was super basic, mostly just asking if I was free and interested, didn't get into many details about the job itself. The second round was presented as a sales/management/business type gig, but the questions were kinda fuzzy and didn't really check my skills or what I'd done before. It felt more like they were trying to sell the company to me, not really assess me for a real position. The last interview was supposed to be with a manager or director (Adrion Robertson) from Globe Life American Income Division: Giddens Organization. I was on time and even sent a reminder email, but the interviewer just never showed up and never got back to me. No reason given, no follow-up, and not even an apology – I was just ghosted. It was all really disorganized and unprofessional. Even though the first parts made it seem like a solid opportunity, the lack of clear info, the vague job descriptions, and then getting ghosted confirmed all the bad reviews I found later.

Had a call with someone on the team, not the hiring manager. We talked about what they need for the job and my skills. It was pretty relaxed, not too intense. They asked normal questions. It wasn't a long meeting, but I guess not getting an offer means something went wrong.
