It was a group interview, which was a bit unexpected and honestly gave off pyramid scheme vibes. I really didn't like that part. Then, they really pushed me to start right away, which was super uncomfortable.

I sent in an application and then heard back from a recruiter via phone and email about 18 days later. The recruiter called me, but I couldn't make the initial interview time. They were cool about it and let me pick a day and time that week for an interview. I got an email with all the info on where to go and what to bring. The recruiter I was talking to wasn't there on interview day, so someone else interviewed me. It was fine though, they were easy to talk to. They asked about my background, what I knew about Torchmark, and if I could handle the job. They'll let you know pretty quickly if you got the job. You'll have to do a simple spelling and typing test. After that, they'll call with the official offer. You'll also have a background check and a drug test at a clinic nearby.
