There was a questionnaire at the end that asked about potential concerns and why we had questions for the company. They were mostly looking for dedication and drive when asking about previous experience.

First, a quick chat with HR. Then, I had a video call with the hiring manager, and after that, I met with some peers over video too. They asked some questions about how I handle situations, like how I would build consensus and implement standardization to make our operations scale better. Since it was all remote, they also asked a few questions focusing on my behavior.

I applied for a Management role and honestly wasn't too thrilled with how they handled interviews or their job postings. A lot of their ads are on Craigslist with different titles, salaries, and descriptions, which seemed a bit suspect. Some ads didn't even mention the company name. Given how many people applied, I'm not sure if they go through applicants quickly due to their ads or high turnover, as some reviews suggest. The person I interviewed with wasn't the one I scheduled with, and it turns out they were doing a 'next-in-line' interviewer for the next applicant. She hadn't even seen my resume until we sat down. The interview was super short, under 10 minutes. The first part was just a few quick questions to set up a second interview. It's odd to schedule a second interview without knowing if I'm a good fit after such a brief meeting. I spent a lot of time preparing, and it felt like a waste. They seemed to be rushing everyone through. What really disappointed me was that the job involved sales, which wasn't mentioned in the job description at all, and I only found out at the end of my 7-minute interview. In fact, most of what the interviewer described the job as was different from the ad. Misleading, to say the least.
