Sales Representative
after finishing the long online application, (why not just accept a resume), you will finally get to a page that asks if you are ok with working as early as 2am, if you want to work in hot enviroments etc. WHY not have that at the beginning not to waste peoples time?!
- Are you okay with starting work as early as 2am?
- Are you okay with working in hot environments?
Supply Chain Resource
The whole interview process seemed to be structured around the STAR method, which means all questions required an answer using the situation, task, action, and result components. It would be helpful to prepare for common interview questions by using this format with your own experiences. I believe there were about 10-12 questions in total during my interview.
- Tell me about a difficult employee you've worked with.
Delivery Driver
After submitting my application online, I had to complete a questionnaire and a quiz. The recruiter or hiring manager then contacted me to set up a Zoom interview and extend an offer. I actually declined the job at that point because the whole process took too long, and I had already interviewed and accepted another job offer by the time they got around to having an actual conversation with me.
- Questions about driving ability.
- Basic math skills were assessed.
- Reading comprehension skills were evaluated.
Route Sales Representative
I applied for the job on June 3rd, and on June 7th, they emailed me back, saying my resume was selected. I was then given a link on June 11th to set up an interview for June 19th. The interview went well; they asked me about 3 to 5 behavioral questions and I explained my employment history. Two people interviewed me over Zoom. On June 20th, I got a call with a verbal job offer, and later that day, I received an email with a written offer, which was pending background, drug, and DOT tests. I had about a week to complete those.
- Can you share an instance where you prioritized safety in your work?
