I got to my interview 15 minutes early, but they made me wait 35 minutes past the scheduled time and then rushed through the interview. They didn't even have copies of my resume and seemed totally unprepared, which I should have taken as a sign. They never followed up with an email or letter about the job offer. Two months later, I received a survey about the onboarding process, which was really weird since I'd been to a lot of PepsiCo leadership events at my old company and was really hoping to join them. After my interview, some people I know mentioned that the Phoenix distribution center has problems, and my interview experience seemed to confirm that.

It was a 2-round interview process, all in person. The first round was with two recruiters who asked only behavioral questions. The second round involved three separate half-hour interviews with different managers. It's best to be relaxed, as they prefer candidates who are relatable and good with people.

So I applied, then a recruiter called me to set up an in-person interview. I met with one person for about 30 minutes. The recruiter called me again and said I passed to the next level. I then did a video chat interview with 3 people. They said I'd get a phone call about whether I passed, but I never got one.
