Material Handler
It was a basic interview, and I got the job right after. Feedback was pretty minimal; I had to chase them for an update via email. But overall, it was fine.
- Can you share an instance where you had to adapt to a new situation at work and explain how you managed it?
Material Handler
It was a pretty chill interview where we talked about when I could work and what was expected, and they mentioned a lot of chances to pick up extra hours. After that, I had a drug test that was set up beforehand, and usually, if everything went well, I would have started working within a couple of weeks after the interview.
- Can you tell me about your availability?
- Describe a situation where you resolved a problem.
Material Handler
The interview process was long and lacked clear direction. While everyone seemed happy to have me there, they didn't seem to know what they were doing. They focused on safety protocols, but the COVID guidelines seemed to cause more issues than they solved.
- How do you ensure both safety and productivity in your work?
