It was a really chill and straightforward interview. The interviewer was super laid back, which made me feel really comfortable. They asked pretty basic questions about my experience. My advice is to just stay calm and take your time answering, don't feel rushed.

First, they told me about the job description, pay, and schedule. Then, they asked typical interview questions. I was asked if I had any questions at the end. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. The video interview part was great. Overall, it was a good experience.

I applied and then got an email pretty quickly asking me to come in for an orientation, and then the interview was supposed to happen right after. During the orientation, they went over the job duties, the hours, pay, and benefits. It was me and a bunch of other people applying. I honestly don't think having an orientation before the interview was a good move. We don't even know if we're gonna get hired, but we sat there for over an hour learning all about the cool stuff about this job. It gets everyone excited to work there, and then you don't even get a call back after the interview and you don't get the job. Such a waste of time sitting through that orientation. They really shouldn't waste a bunch of people's time like that when they only end up hiring a few. A few days later, they did call me back though, but to offer me a different job. This one is on-call and only about 10-15 hours a week and pays $12 an hour, which is way different from the full-time scheduled job I applied for that paid $18 an hour.
