First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Frito-Lay.
Sales Intern
Had a virtual interview over Zoom which gave me a good insight into the job and company, and I understood the role well. I had to follow up weeks later, which eventually led to me getting an offer.
- Tell me about your experience in sales and relationships.
Marketing and Sales Intern
After submitting an online application, I had a Zoom interview, followed by a phone call. The Zoom interview was pretty standard, but it did involve some directing and motivation. I'd suggest preparing examples of when you've taken charge and also times when you needed guidance.
- Can you share an instance where you were part of a team and had to ensure it succeeded?
Sales Intern
It started with a phone chat, then a zoom interview. They were super nice and patient, asking standard behavioral questions. The vibe was pretty chill and the whole thing was easy. Interviews were less than 30 minutes each.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in this position?
