I had a half-hour chat with my potential future colleague and supervisor. It was a fair and constructive conversation where they asked relevant questions about my tasks and project experience, as well as situational questions about my work style and decision-making. I got to explain my experience and skills in a practical way, and the interview gave me a good sense of the team dynamics and what's expected in the role.

Behavioral Technical Coding Case Presentation

it starts with a short intro to get to know each other and check if the basics fit – like experience, motivation, and expectations. Then comes the technical part – depending on the role, that could be a coding task, a data case, or discussing previous projects. In the final round, it's more about how well you fit into the team and how you work with others. Communication and feedback during the process are really important to make it a good experience for both sides.

Behavioral Technical

First meeting with a recruiter and the head of department. We started with introductions, but the department head skipped my personal intro and went straight into talking about the job. The vibe was quite serious. I quickly realized from the department head's questions that she hadn't really looked at my application or resume at all. The recruiter, on the other hand, was very nice and seemed prepared. Despite this, I decided not to move forward with the application after the conversation.

Technical Behavioral

My experience with Fraunhofer - EMFT was that the first round was a meetup. Then there was a technical interview for the second round with a manager, an engineer, HR, and two students. It was pretty easy, I got all the questions right and they gave me an offer. After a lot of bureaucracy, I decided not to proceed. HR was not helpful and made things complicated. I don't recommend them. It was a lot of time for nothing. They also didn't refund the money for the recognition documents they asked for.
