The interviewers then explained the tasks/activities. Finally, we discussed the internship pay. After the interview, the institute didn't get back to me, neither positively nor negatively.

Behavioral Technical Case

I had an interview with my potential supervisor and two colleagues. It was a standard process: I introduced myself, they told me about the job and the team, and then asked about my CV, past experience, skills, and expectations. They also presented two scenarios related to the job and asked how I'd approach them. We discussed the contract, and then I had a chance to ask my own questions. The interview was in German, and I got the offer about a week later.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • What are your long-term career aspirations for the next five years?
  • Can you share the biggest difficulty you encountered in your previous role?
  • Tell me about a challenging situation you might face in this role and how you'd deal with it.
