Customer Experience Manager
Interview process is pretty easy. I interviewed with the store manager and was moved to the next step. The next day, received a call from the district manager and interviewed with him. And the same day, received a call from the store manager and was offered the job.
- How do you unwind and enjoy yourself?
- Tell me about a time you exceeded expectations to help a customer.
Director of Trade Compliance
A robot scheduled the first call and then rescheduled it. An hour before the second scheduled call, it was rescheduled again. The emails stated not to reply. There was no human to speak with, making me wonder if a computer had gone rogue since the human scheduling system did not respect the time we initially scheduled. This is a very bad introduction for a senior position. Is this what is expected as an employee? Complete disrespect?

Sales Associate
The interview process was structured but relaxed and professional. I didn't feel nervous. The hiring manager was easy to talk to and the process was straightforward. They were patient when I needed a moment to think about my answers.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What is your availability like?
- Could you share an example of a time you handled a customer conflict and what the resolution was?
Project Coordinator
The whole thing took about three weeks to finish. I had several interviews with people from different levels in the department, all done virtually. Everyone I talked to was really nice and the interactions were positive. The interviews focused mainly on my previous experience and if I could meet the job's expectations.
- Am I able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment?
