Director
The interview process was very friendly, quick, and organized. I met multiple people as a panel, and it was a great experience. Everyone was really friendly and good. Note: there is also an excel based test for juniors to test analytical skills.
- Were there technical questions based on the subject matter?
Integrated Producer
I had scheduled a chat with a higher-up who posted they needed support and were interested in chatting with me. They rescheduled me twice within 30 minutes of the scheduled call (even when I reached out to reconfirm the day prior). They responded out of the blue with one date they were willing to chat, and I wasn't available, so they ghosted.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Strategist
The HR and recruitment team kept the salary information hidden throughout the whole interview process. After I received the offer, it was way lower than what other companies were offering for similar roles, and it was in the range of the job title below me. The recruiter then connected me to the HR director, who then proceeded to talk down my experience and tried to sell the offer as a way to build my skillset. When I mentioned my previous salary, they actually chuckled on the phone call as if I was making it up. Unsurprisingly, I did not accept the offer.
- Could you describe your method for approaching creative strategy?
Designer
I applied through a recruiter and had a phone screening interview with the HR department. The screening was simple and comfortable – questions were fairly straightforward. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back after one week, so I followed up. They rejected me, stating they wanted to hire a new fresh grad instead and thought I was overqualified (I had 3-4 years of experience at that time). Honestly, I felt confused as it didn't match their job posting at all. I felt that the company is a bit unorganized although it's a global agency.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your background?
