First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FCB Global.
Account Executive
It was a pretty standard interview with the team. I met with three people. The whole process moved fast and they were good at letting me know what was next and what I needed to do to get ready for each part.
- What do you like most about being on an account team?
Senior Account Executive
We had 4 interviews total. First was with HR, where they checked basic info and made sure my profile was solid. Then, I met with the Servicing VP, who wanted to understand my capabilities and my past experience from their perspective. After that, I interviewed with the Servicing CEO for a cultural fit discussion, covering my general work outlook, expectations, and aspirations.
- Can you explain the gaps in your resume?
Account Executive
It took about a month from submitting my resume until I got a call back. After that, I had an in-person interview. The person interviewing me was really nice and helpful, but the interview was tough. They were pretty upfront about the job, saying it would involve a lot of work and long hours, and that the pay wasn't amazing considering the workload and stress.
- Could you tell me three words that describe you?
