First, I had two interviews, one with an inside recruiter and then another interview. They mentioned I had the skills for the job. After that, no one followed up. When I reached out, they told me they decided to go in a different direction for the role.

Don't waste your time with FCB Chicago if you don't live nearby. The interview process was the worst ever. I got to the final step but they didn't give me a clear reason for not hiring me, and it took them about 1.5 months to decide after the final interview. I tried contacting department members a few times with no response. I regret the travel expenses for the interview. The Analytics department seems indifferent. I passed their analytics test, which involved analyzing sales data, making a PowerPoint, and answering some brain teasers. They knew I could do the job, but still didn't hire me for no real reason. It seems like if you didn't go to Northwestern or UChicago, or if you're not foreign or white, you shouldn't bother applying. I'm really disappointed with the agency and actually glad I didn't get the job. Thinking about the experience just makes me realize how terribly I was treated by the Strategic Analytics department. If I could go back, I would never have applied. Seriously, don't make my mistake.

The HR department at this company is very disorganized. I waited 4 weeks after my first interview for the second. The second interview involved me taking a 3 hour exam. The company then kept leading me on for 8 weeks after, saying they are not sure if they position is open or not. I ended up finding a position elsewhere.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They had me take a 3 hour Excel exam.
