I first talked to the creative recruiter, then I spoke with two Associate Creative Directors, and finally, I interviewed with the Executive Creative Director. There wasn't a formal second interview, but I was brought on as a freelance copywriter for a trial period. After about three months, I was hired full-time. It turned out to be great timing because the economy took a downturn shortly after I accepted the position.
