The interview was a group setting to see how well we can work as a team. There were three interviews total, each looking at different things like communication, working together, and solving problems. The group thing let them see how we talked to each other, how we shared ideas, and helped each other out with tasks or when we talked about stuff. This setup helped them figure out not just what we can do alone, but also how we work together when things get tough or when we have to do things together. Basically, it checked if we can get along, step up, and add something good to the team.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The hiring process involved creating content for client outreach via email, website, and cold calls. This also included managing corporate communications and developing presentations or proposals for client pitches. A key part of the role is building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions. Additionally, there was a focus on researching competitors and market trends to identify new business opportunities or ways to reach the existing market. Arranging meetings with potential clients and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals were also part of the process.

Had three interviews in total, one phone call and two virtual meetings. The interview process was fine. It was difficult to read the interviewer most the time. Company is extremely unprofessional as they included me in an email for the other person they offer the job and I received all of her information (school, transcript, email, etc.). Instead of sending me a rejection, they accidentally included myself on an internal email to send another candidate the offer. I have heard stories of them ‘ghosting’ applicants and I refused that happening. I guess I got too involved. Extremely disappointed. They seem unprofessional completely.

I applied for the job a while back, so when the recruiter called for a phone screen, I was surprised but still interested. The recruiter seemed enthusiastic and said they'd pass my resume to the hiring manager and I'd hear back within 24 hours. That didn't happen. A week later, I followed up and was told they couldn't meet my salary requirements and were continuing their search. I figured they were looking for someone more junior. Then, weeks later, they called again, not really apologizing, and wanted to rush me into an interview. The whole process was so slow that I lost interest, even if they could match my salary. It made me doubt their HR department, though I know this can happen a lot lately. They'll probably find someone. My advice is to remember interviews are a two-way street.
