I applied for the job a while back, so when the recruiter called for a phone screen, I was surprised but still interested. The recruiter seemed enthusiastic and said they'd pass my resume to the hiring manager and I'd hear back within 24 hours. That didn't happen. A week later, I followed up and was told they couldn't meet my salary requirements and were continuing their search. I figured they were looking for someone more junior. Then, weeks later, they called again, not really apologizing, and wanted to rush me into an interview. The whole process was so slow that I lost interest, even if they could match my salary. It made me doubt their HR department, though I know this can happen a lot lately. They'll probably find someone. My advice is to remember interviews are a two-way street.

I had a quick 3-week process. It started with a recruiter phone screen and a written test, followed by a phone interview with the Management Development Director, and finished with an on-site interview with the GM. Unfortunately, after that, they ghosted me. I tried reaching out via email and phone to both the recruiter and the hiring manager, but got no response. While I understand they can't follow up with everyone, I think people you meet in person deserve some feedback.

The interview was quick but it worked well. They had questions ready. It was a 30 minute phone call. This was the first part. The next part will be in person.
