Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Faurecia.
Intern
The interview process for this FP&A analysis internship primarily focused on assessing my prior experience and my grasp of financial concepts. There was also a component related to product management. Additionally, I was evaluated on my understanding of the company and its divisions relevant to the internship.
- Can you elaborate on your experience with ESG?
- Tell me about your project management skills.
- Could you describe your approach to financial analysis?
Quality Intern
It was an open position for an internship and it was urgent at that time. The interview started like a normal interview with HR, asking questions about myself, my hobbies, and why i wanted to be work there. Then I was called for an additional interview with the Senior Quality Engineer, he asked questions related to my experience in the Quality Department, but not very technical, just like basic quality tools.
- Can you explain your motivation for seeking employment with this company?
- Why are you interested in this particular role?
Intern
HR found my resume on a university website and emailed me asking if I was interested. We then scheduled an in-person interview for the next week. I interviewed with a colleague and an HR intern. They asked basic questions about my resume and past experience, and were more interested in my previous work than my school projects.
- How did your previous coworkers react when you gave them constructive criticism about their work?
