There were 3 rounds. First was an online round where they asked for a basic introduction and overall basic idea about myself as a CAE engineer. Second was a face-to-face technical round where they assessed my technical skills and asked about internship projects done by me in all semesters. Third was an HR round focused on soft skills and communication skills.

Behavioral Technical

I got the interview through a job fair. I was interviewed by 3 people, they asked basic questions about my past projects and education. They seemed like great people and it seemed like a great place to work. I thought the interview went well but they never responded after the interview. Not a single reply to any of my emails or calls. HR is careless. Engineering management told HR to interview after the technical interview, they said tomorrow and never got back to me. Later on they said they will call back after 2 days for HR interview and went silent, no response to emails or phone calls. Very bad experience with HR.
