The interview process was quite demanding. It started with a group discussion (GD) where the topic was 'Automation in different fields'. Following the GD, there was an HR round and a Technical round. Interestingly, both the HR and Technical rounds involved technical questions. They wanted to assess my fundamental understanding across core Mechanical engineering subjects. They asked about my areas of interest, and the evaluation was based on those specific answers. Since I'm an aeronautical student, questions were tailored to my specialization. If you have a solid grasp of the fundamentals and their underlying principles, the interview should be quite manageable.

Campus recruitment for Faurecia Interior Systems! It was a long process but offered a lot of learning opportunities! It began with the AMCAT adaptive aptitude test which included quantitative (16 questions), logical reasoning (20 questions), English (20 questions), and technical questions (20 questions). This was followed by a group discussion (GD), then technical interview 1, technical interview 2, and finally the HR interview. Technical interview 1 usually lasts about 12-15 minutes, technical interview 2 lasts 30-45 minutes, and the HR interview duration varies. Good luck, hope this helps!

First, there was an aptitude test which was okay difficulty-wise. It covered topics like time and work, pipe and cisterns, speed distance time, ratios, profit and loss, and percentages. After that, I had an interview with two technical people, and then a hiring manager interview.
