Process Engineer
The interview was a group setting to see how well we can work as a team. There were three interviews total, each looking at different things like communication, working together, and solving problems. The group thing let them see how we talked to each other, how we shared ideas, and helped each other out with tasks or when we talked about stuff. This setup helped them figure out not just what we can do alone, but also how we work together when things get tough or when we have to do things together. Basically, it checked if we can get along, step up, and add something good to the team.

Industrial Engineer
The person who was supposed to interview me was not there. I met with another senior industrial engineer in his office. The interview was very calm and he took most of the talking role even when I tried to interject. He really liked me and said he would tell the other interviewer that I was a good candidate. He then took me to the HR department where I was given a second interview with an HR rep that was very short. The interviews were both very laid back.
- Why did you choose to apply to this company?

Process Engineer
I talked to some HR people at a career fair and gave them my CV. They contacted me two weeks later for an interview at their plant and even offered to pay for my transportation. The plant management team was very welcoming and the interview was friendly. They conducted two interviews at their facilities with the production director and the local branch manager. We reviewed my CV, discussed my knowledge, and my motivation. After a tour of the facilities, they explained what they expected from the role. The whole process was quite straightforward, aligning with our initial conversation and the job description.
- What is your understanding of lean processes, as it relates to the job?
