Logistics Compliance Specialist
The hiring process involved five distinct interview rounds. Although the interviewers themselves were professional, the overall timeline was excessively long, with considerable delays between each stage. After dedicating several weeks to preparation and significant time investment to reach the final stage, I received no formal rejection or any feedback. I only found out I was no longer being considered when I manually checked my candidate portal, which I did daily. A full 11 days passed after my final interview with absolutely no rejection or update email or any feedback whatsoever.

Marketing Director
Had 4 interviews for the role. The first 3 were with the international team based in Baar. They were civil and helpful, which made me interested in the role. The last interview was with my potential manager in the US. The company wouldn't share any feedback on why I didn't get the job, citing legal advice. This made me wonder if they really value senior candidates who put in a lot of effort. Be careful if you're looking for a professional recruitment process.
- What are your thoughts on the differences between B2B and B2C marketing within the healthcare sector?
Business Project Lead
The whole process took 6 months to complete for this international role. I went through multiple interviews and got good feedback at every step. They told me the offer was almost ready and to just hang in there. In the end, after 6 months of prep, interviews, and presentations, the job was canceled because the company decided it didn't align with their future plans. The hiring process was lengthy and showed how the company struggles to match its strategic development, organizational changes, and staffing needs. It also highlighted a lack of authority among senior staff to make hiring decisions.

Accounts Payable Specialist
I applied online on 9/9/24. Then I had a phone interview with HR on 9/12. After that, I had a virtual interview with the AP manager on 9/23. Finally, I had a virtual interview with 4 team members that lasted 2 hours on 10/1. The HR phone interview was about 20-30 mins and we talked about my career, the job, my questions, and salary. The first virtual interview with the AP manager was 30 mins. We discussed the role, my experience related to the job, financial systems I've used, more about the role, and the team. The second virtual interview was 2 hours long and was split into 30 min segments. It started with the AP Associate Manager, then 3 Lead AP Specialists interviewed me back to back. Each person asked 3 questions and focused on a company value. There was time for questions at the end. Everyone was nice and the process was pretty smooth. I interviewed on a Tuesday, and HR said they'd get back to me by the end of the week. I didn't hear anything, so I followed up the next Tuesday. They said they'd have an answer by the end of THAT week. I finally heard back the Tuesday after that, which was two weeks after the interview.
