Intern
So there were three actual interview rounds after an initial HR screen. The first two rounds were all behavioral questions. The first round was with one hiring manager, and then the second round was with a whole panel. The third round was a presentation I had to give to the team.
- Can you share an instance where you collaborated within a team?
Intern
So I first had a recruiter call that was 30 minutes, and then after that, I had two interviews with people on the team, and each of those was 30 minutes. The first was just behavioral, and the second one had some behavioral questions and then questions about my resume.
- Tell me something about yourself that isn't listed on your resume.
Intern
So I had a 30 min phone call with the recruiter first, then a really nice 30 min chat with the hiring manager. After that, it was an on-site where I did a technical presentation and then a group interview with the team. It was a really good experience overall, the team was super fun and friendly and answered all my questions honestly and with respect. The recruiter was great to work with and kept me updated. I was really impressed with the company culture and how they treated candidates fairly. I got an offer that was good for my field and what I was looking for.
- What's your strategy for working with people with different personalities?
- Can you describe your approach to various technical topics?
- How do you tackle a massive project that feels overwhelming?
