The process started with a CV screening and an HR call to go over experience and background. After that, there was another CV screening and detailed questions with the hiring manager and a future colleague, covering the role in more detail and a thorough check of the CV and competencies. The whole thing took 2 months.

The interview experience wasn't great. The interviewer was busy writing down my answers on a questionnaire throughout the interview. I had to repeat myself multiple times to ensure she got my answers exactly as I said them. It felt like a simple questionnaire emailed would have been more efficient. Also, she wasn't able to provide more specific details about the job.

The first round was a video call with the hiring managers. We talked about my background, and they asked me to explain all my career decisions. They also asked questions specific to the role. It felt more like a discussion. The second round was on-site with the same managers, plus HR (who joined online) and the head of the department. They asked similar questions as before, and added situational questions about my working style. I thought the head of the department was a bit conservative. The communication afterwards was not great; their email felt unprofessional. It made me wonder about their employee treatment.
